Our Design Apartment Luis is about 40 m² in size and suitable for 2–4 people. It offers everything you need for a cosy, relaxing holiday in South Tyrol. Clear lines and superior furnishings are key features of the interior. Exquisite fabrics, high-quality wooden floors and furniture made of oak and reclaimed wood combine harmoniously and we have focused on creating atmospheric lighting. Our apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. It also has two balconies that offer you a wonderful view far across the valley.
The apartment consists of a combined living room/kitchen with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, a hallway, underfloor heating, a safe, free Wi-Fi and a double room. The kitchen and the bedroom both boast a LED TV.
Kitchen fixtures:
The kitchen is fully equipped. A ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine (with the appropriate capsules, on request) as well as cooking utensils and crockery are provided. Towels, tea towels and bed linen are also included.

Information:
- The rates are intended per day for 2 people
- Final cleaning is already included in the prices listed above.
- Surcharge for every extra person in the apartments: 15.00 €
- Surcharge for every extra person in the Chalet: 50.00 €
- Children's reduction: up to 3 years free
- The price includes: laundry, electricity, water, heating, garage, TV, Wi-Fi as well as free admission to the Naturno indoor and outdoor adventure pool.
- The apartment is reserved from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.
- The Chalet, Apartment Luis and Sepp are apartments for allergy sufferers, so no pets are allowed in these.
- The Chalet is only for guests aged 16 and over.
- Children and babies at the Rofenhof: We are more than happy to provide our youngest guests with a cot or high chair.
- Pick-up service from the nearest train station on arrival and departure.
- Dogs on request: 8.00 € per day without food. Please bring your own blanket or a basket.
- Smoking: All our apartments are no-smoking areas.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival will not incur a cancellation charge.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we will charge for 3 days.
- From 1 month before arrival, we will charge 80% of the booked stay.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price for the entire reservation period will be charged in full.
Cancellation in case of COVID 19:
We offer cancellation at short notice should the situation of COVID 19 change by the time you start your trip. If travel warnings are issued, if you are threatened with quarantine at home after your holiday or if border traffic is no longer permitted, you can of course cancel your holiday at short notice free of charge.
Local tax:
The local tax is due on departure and is shown separately on the invoice. The local tax is €1.30 per person/day.
Children and teenagers under age 14 do not have to pay this tax.
